Gender Responsive and Inclusive Ceasefires explores why gender responsiveness and inclusivity matter in ceasefire agreements and processes, and how to go about ensuring this in practice. Gendered Transitional Justice examines the various components of transitional justice and offers five practical steps to a gender sensitive and inclusive process.

Through the BPI, ICAN provides tailored seminars, trainings, and strategic advice for a range of actors, including our partners in the Women’s Alliance for Security Leadership (WASL) and other civil society, governments, the UN, and the various regional Women Mediators Networks.

We are grateful to Global Affairs Canada, the Compton Foundation, the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), the UNDP, and UN Women for supporting our the BPI!
